You can return your jewelry, except for Personalized Collection and Sale items, free of charge, for any reason within 5 days of receiving your order, and receive a full refund within 5 days. You can choose between a gift card or receiving your money back. If you have any feedback, please contact customer services first before sending back your jewelry.
Just drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll sort it out.
After receiving your returns we will process the full refund within 2 days. Please note that we will refund the money the same way in which you paid.
Return shipping costs are covered by you. Please use a registered postal service with a tracking system. We will not be responsible for any lost returns. Please post your item to us within 7 days of us confirming the return with you.
Free shipping on all deliveries (2 - 4 business days once order is in stock) via local courier services. Please note for Singapore orders below USD150, we will mail them out via Singpost.
We will notify you of the delivery slots, and will deliver after receiving your confirmation. Someone has to receive the package and in case someone isn’t at home during the delivery, your order will be sent back to us. You will have to bear the costs for another delivery at 5 USD.
We ship insured via DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT and our express shipping (4 - 7 business days once order is in stock for Asia, and 7-11 business days for United Kingdom) fee is 25 - 30 USD.
Our jewelry is handmade and individually produced for you. Most pieces are already in stock but a few are made to order and will be shipped three - four weeks from the time the order is placed. Those items that are in stock are ready for immediate shipping. If the items you ordered are in stock we will arrange the shipping within 48 hours after your purchase.
Please note that shipping may be delayed slightly during promotional periods.
If your ordered jewelry is not available or produceable (limited edition), we reserve the right to not deliver it. In this case we will immediately inform you and return any payments made.
If you order several items and one or more of the ordered items are currently out of stock, we will not ship the goods until each of the ordered items is back in stock.
We offer two types of gift boxes - Our Black//Pink boxes and our slightly more streamlined Eco Black boxes.
We recommend our Eco Black boxes for international shipping outside of Singapore. If you would like to add a card with a personalized message, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or tell us in “Notes” when you View Cart.
